IMPORTANT SYSTEM UPDATES

The TADS Development team has been diligently working on new features, and we're thrilled to share our latest updates with you. Here are some of the recent enhancements:

  • Student Overview Report Improvements
    We’ve upgraded the Student Overview Report, accessible via
    Home > Students. This comprehensive report now allows you to review students across all TADS modules. In our next release, you'll be able to sort, search, and export the information, making it even more user-friendly.

  • New District Change Report
    We’re excited to introduce the District Change Report, tailored for our diocesan and school group customers. This new report will enable you to track enrollment changes across multiple schools within a single district, providing a broader view of your educational landscape.

PORTAL POINTERS

Duplicate Billing Accounts

 

While only one billing account per family is necessary for an academic year, TADS allows families to create multiple accounts if needed. For example, a second account may be needed to accommodate split household or third-party payment arrangements, different automatic payment methods for different charges, or other unique situations.

 

However, sometimes duplicate billing accounts are created in error and can cause confusion. This support guide outlines what to do if your school encounters these duplicates and how families can avoid them.

New Siblings

 

If your school uses the TADS Admissions module, families can easily start an application for a new sibling. They can do so by applying through the school’s admissions application link or by simply logging into their TADS account and going to the Admissions tab to start a new application. Your school will already show as an option to select, and they will be able to use their existing household information for the new sibling.

 

If your school does not use the TADS Admissions module, administrators can add a new sibling to an existing household by following the steps in our support article.

    Unapplied Payments and Credits

     

    As payments and credits are applied to billing accounts in TADS, various circumstances can result in them being listed as "unapplied." Click to learn more about the options available for managing unapplied payments and credits.
